Pricing

Engagement models, and what actually drives the price

We price by scope, not by a menu. Three models cover almost every client, and every one of them includes the same core: a weekly meeting, honest reporting and full ownership of your accounts.

Monthly retainers

Retainer tiers described by scope

A fixed monthly fee for a defined scope of management. The tier depends on how many campaign types, locations, products and integrations we look after, not on a percentage of your budget.

Foundation

For one business, one goal

A single-location service business or a store with a focused catalog. Search campaigns, call tracking, one landing page set and the standard tracking stack.

  • Search campaigns in one geography, with negative keyword lists and Smart Bidding
  • Responsive search ads and assets maintained
  • Conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, GA4 linked
  • Weekly meeting, weekly summary, monthly report and roadmap
  • One landing page or CRO test per month
Growth

For multiple campaign types or locations

Businesses adding Performance Max, Shopping, Local Services Ads or several service areas, with more creative to produce and more data to reconcile.

  • Everything in Foundation across more campaigns and geographies
  • Performance Max asset groups, Shopping feed management or Local Services Ads
  • Image and video asset production on a monthly schedule
  • Offline conversion import from your CRM where applicable
  • Monthly content for your site plus CRO testing
Scale

For complex accounts and larger teams

Multi-brand or multi-region accounts, large catalogs, YouTube and Demand Gen programs, and reporting that several stakeholders depend on.

  • Everything in Growth with a larger team allocation
  • YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns with video production support
  • Advanced feed work, custom labels and promotions in Merchant Center
  • Custom dashboards for leadership and finance
  • Quarterly strategy sessions in addition to the weekly cadence
Percentage of ad spend

A fee that scales with the media budget

For accounts where ad spend is large relative to the management effort, a percentage of monthly spend can be fairer than a fixed retainer. The percentage decreases as spend grows, and we always pair it with a minimum monthly fee so a slow month does not leave the account without proper attention.

We do not recommend this model when it would create the wrong incentive. If your best path to profit is to spend less and convert better, a percentage fee would reward us for the opposite, and we will steer you to a retainer instead. When we do propose it, the proposal states the percentage, the minimum and the point at which we would suggest moving to a different model.

Launch project

A fixed-price project to go from zero to live

For businesses starting from nothing, or restarting after a failed attempt, we offer the first phase as a scoped project with a fixed price and a delivery date. It covers discovery, the website or landing pages, every account and registration, the full tracking stack, the campaign build and the first weeks of launch support.

At the end of the project you own a working, measurable Google Ads presence and the documentation to run it. Most clients continue into a monthly retainer, but the project stands on its own and there is no obligation. The process page describes what the launch phase contains week by week.

What drives the price up or down

  • Campaign types. Search alone is simpler than Search plus Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Local Services Ads.
  • Locations and languages. Each service area or market adds structure, ads and reporting.
  • Catalog size. Feed management for fifty products and for fifty thousand are different jobs.
  • Creative volume. Image and video asset production for Performance Max and YouTube takes time every month.
  • Integrations. CRM connections, offline conversion import and server-side tagging add setup and ongoing reconciliation.
  • Website work. Building a site from scratch costs more than adding landing pages to a good one.
  • Reporting needs. Custom dashboards for several stakeholders take more than the standard set.

What is always included, in every model

Some things never move to an upsell list. Every client, in every tier and model, receives a standing weekly meeting with the people who manage the account. Every client receives a written weekly summary, a monthly report in plain language and a monthly roadmap. Every client owns their Google Ads account, Merchant Center, GA4 property, Tag Manager container, website and creative, with our access removable at any time.

Conversion tracking is never optional and never an add-on. We will not manage campaigns on a conversion setup we have not built or verified, because the results would not mean anything. Likewise, negative keyword lists, brand exclusions and the manual review of recommendations are part of management, not extras.

Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Google, through a billing profile in your name. We never mark up media and we never hold your money.

Finally, honesty about fit is included. If we think your budget cannot produce reliable data, or your offer is not ready for paid traffic, we will tell you in the proposal and suggest what to fix first.

FAQ

Pricing questions we hear most

Why do you not publish prices?

Because the scope varies too much to put a fair number on a page. A single-location service business with one Search campaign and a company with twelve locations, Shopping and a CRM integration are different amounts of work. We quote after a short call so the number reflects your scope, and the proposal lists exactly what is included.

Is the ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google through your own billing profile. Our fee covers the work. You see every dollar of media cost in your own account and you can verify it at any time.

Can I start with a launch project and decide about management later?

Yes. Many clients begin with a launch project and move into monthly management once campaigns are live and the first results are in. Everything we build is yours regardless of what you decide afterward.

What is the notice period?

Thirty days in writing after the launch phase. We hand over documentation, including the tagging plan and change log, and remove our access on the date you choose.
