Who we are

Maplecrest Growth ("we", "us") is an independent digital marketing agency based in the United States. This policy covers the website at maplecrestgrowth.com. It does not cover the websites or advertising accounts of our clients, which are governed by their own policies.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, company name, website address, the monthly ad budget range and primary goal you select, and your message. Our server also records the time of submission, your IP address, your browser's user agent string and the host name you submitted the form through. The form includes a hidden field that helps us filter automated spam submissions; a human visitor never sees or fills it.

We use this information to reply to you, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, it becomes part of our client records. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it is stored and for how long

Submissions are written to a private file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and may be forwarded by email to our team inbox. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and we delete inquiries that did not lead to a working relationship within a reasonable period, typically within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

Cookies and tracking on this website

This website sets no cookies of its own. It does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, session recording, heat maps or any third-party tracking script. We do not build advertising audiences from visitors to this site.

The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers as part of serving the files. That request is governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not receive any information from it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, requested pages, time stamps and user agent strings. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated on a short schedule.

Email

If you email us at [email protected], we keep the correspondence in our business email system for as long as it is useful for the relationship or required for our records. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights, such as the right to know the categories of information collected and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws. To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within the time required by applicable law, and within 30 days in any case.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a location that is not reachable from the public web, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of information we hold.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
